Shengmu miao, Jin ci
There are two buildings of interest to us at the Shengmu miao (Temple of the Saintly Mother) at Jin ci, in Taiyuan, Shanxi.

The first is the Shengmu dian (main hall), dating from the Tiansheng period (1023-1031) of the Song dynasty. It is a dian tang with fujie, 5th grade.

The other is the Xian dian (front hall), dating from 1168 (Jin dynasty).

For a discussion in English of these buildings, see Liang (1984a, 81-83).
